1. Free — GNU AGPL-3.0
ATick is free under the GNU AGPL-3.0 for personal projects, learning and evaluation; internal / in-house use; and open-source projects released publicly under AGPL-3.0. You may use, study and modify it at no cost.
2. Paid — Commercial license (required to sell)
If you build a product with ATick and sell, resell or distribute it commercially, or use ATick in any closed-source / commercial product, you must purchase a commercial license first. You may begin selling or shipping only after the commercial-license fee is paid and your license is issued. Pricing depends on use (per product / per seat / per revenue tier).
Selling or shipping a commercial product built on ATick without a paid commercial license violates this license.
